We also accept all debit cards with Visa or Mastercard Logos.
Pricing
When shipping from within Eu, All displayed prices include VAT.
All Product is printed and sent from Our own production in Ølstykke, Denmark.
The price of the posters do not include delivery charges which will bE calculated at checkout.
All orders will be send by GLS or POSTNORD.
Poster Production retains the right to change prices at any times.
Right of cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service at mail@poster- production.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation. The order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped, If You wish to cancel the order when its received, You need to send a mail to mail@poster-production.com and return it to us within 14 days, Customer pays for the returning.
You have 24 months relamationright, if there is something wrong with the product, You need to send a picture to us on mail@poster-production.com telling whats wrong. We will then within 2 workingdays handleYour complain and get back to You with an solution.
Confirmation
When confirmming Your purchase You are entering into a binding agreement for Your purchase. If You wish to change Your order You must contact mail@poster-production as soon as possible. If Your order has ot been shipped, we will cancel it for You. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
Damaged products and shipments
If any damage to Your parcel when receiving it, this must be noted on the delivery note. Please document all damages, including the outside parcel with fotos and include them in an email to us. The shipping company will not refund or replace Your product whthout pictures.
We need the documentation within 8 workingdays from delivery
Undelivered orders
Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if Your order is returned to us through no fault on Your own, You will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attenpt, before We can send the order back to You.
If You refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned back to Us, if You wish a refund og a giftcertifikat, You will need to notify Us.
Shipping cost or other fees will not be returned.
