RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service at mail@poster- production.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation.
    You can cancel an order until it has been shipped. Shipping will normally take place within 2-3 working days. If your order has been shipped, please see our returns policy for further information.

    How do I return an order?
    Orders are returned via GLS or Post.
    Please contact our customer service at johnny@poster-production.com to start the returns process. We need your order number and information on the goods you wish to return.
    Please adhere to the following,
    1. To avoid damage during transport, please secure the goods in the original packaging.
    2. Include a note with your order number (#xxxxx) and a list of the goods returned (number, name of print and size).
  • 3. We will send an PDF with the Returnlabel to the Email-adress where the order has been ordered.

    Please note, returns shipping costs are covered by Poster Production. We do not require damage goods to be returned.

    How do I get a refund?
    We will inspect the product to confirm that it is covered by our returns policy. Once a return has been approved, a credit note will be issued.
    Please note, refunds can take up to 8-10 working days.

    Do you offer refund or exchange?
    Unfortunately an exchange cannot be offered, but you are welcome to return your goods and raise a new order for the required product.
    We will at all times endeavour to provide a quality customer service. If you receive damaged or in- correct goods, please contact johnny@poster-production.com at your earliest convenience. We will do our utmost to provide a speedy solution to your issue.

    How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email with your order details. When your or- der has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Please click the tracking number or copy it into our tracking page.
    It can take up to 24 hours after shipping before tracking information is available. If you still cannot track the order after 24 hours, please send an email to johnny@poster-production.com and we will help you track your order.

    What happens if my order is lost or is damaged when I receive it?
    Orders lost in transit:
    We endeavour to ensure that all orders are delivered in perfect condition. Should your order become lost in transit, please contact our customer service at johnny@poster-production.com with your order number and other relevant information. We will provide a speedy replacement.
    Damaged goods.
    We understand that it is dissappointing to receive a damaged parcel. Should this be the case, please contact our customer support at johnny@poster-production.com within 3 working days after receipt of the order. The courier guarantee expires after 72 hours.
    Please provide the following photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging, Clear photos of the damaged products.
    Clear photos of the packaging prior to unwrapping, both front and rear.
    Clear photos of the corners of the packaging
    Clear photos of the interior protective wrapping Clear, legible photo of the freight label.
    We will check the photos received and arrange for a replacement product or a refund. Once we have checked the photos submitted, you will receive an email from us and we ask you to confirm if you prefer an exchange or a refund.

    How quickly do I receive my order?

    Deliveries to Scandinavia: our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days Deliveries to Europe: our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days Deliveries to other countries: our standard delivery time is 10-14 working days Deliveries to Scandinavia: our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days
    Please note, delivery times can vary according to the time of year. Expect longer delivery times up to Christmas, Black Friday and bank holidays.
